1. Artwork will be virtually displayed on the Artworks website at the discretion of the Artworks Trenton Staff.
2. All artwork is to remain online for the duration of the exhibition.
3. I must be the artist of the work submitted, unless submitting for a person under the age of 18.
4. I may not promote any organization, business or person, or other advertising in my art.
5. Any artwork deemed sexist, racist or pornographic will not be accepted. This is at Artworks Trenton’s discretion.
6. By registering for the virtual exhibition, you acknowledge that we will NEVER sell your contact information. We WILL share your name or contact information with a third party if it is to the benefit of the artist.
7. You agree that your artwork may be used by Artworks Trenton and news outlets, and that Artworks Trenton and news outlets covering the event may use these for marketing purposes for Artworks Trenton.
8. All sales of art in the virtual gallery will be handled by Artworks Trenton, and a 30% commission will be subtracted from the sale of the art.
9. The online and in-person exhibitions start March 22 at 11am. The exhibition runs March 22 – May 21, with gallery hours Tuesday – Saturday, 11am-6pm, excluding holidays. There will be an opening reception on March 26, from 6-8pm.
